How BTB LX+ Works...

We went out and got 4 of the top Division 1 college lacrosse players of the past decade to break down everything about the game of lacrosse. We start with the fundamentals and stick skills. We then move on to more advanced parts of the game like dodging, shooting and playing defense. We also have a dedicated strength coach walk you through the process to get faster and more conditioned. Plus we jump in the weight room to give you a lacrosse specific training program.

Danny Glading

Danny was a 3X All-American attackman at the University of Virginia. He had over 100 goals and 100 assists in his career. He helped lead UVA to a title in 2006. After college, Danny played professional lacrosse for several years for the Chesapeake Bayhawks.

Mike Kimmel

Mike was an All-American midfielder at John's Hopkins. He helped lead Hopkins to a title during his Hopkins tenure. After college, Mike played professional lacrosse with Danny on the Bayhawks.

Barney Ehrman

Barney was an All-American defenseman at Georgetown University. He was a shutdown defenseman and made plays on both the offensive and defensive side of the field. After college, Barney played professional lacrosse for several years.

Kyle Dixon

Kyle was an All-American midfielder at the University of Virginia. He helped Virginia win two titles during his college career. After college, Kyle also played professional lacrosse for several years.

Armed For Battle

Building a strong skill foundation is key. You'll learn:

MODULE 4

Every coach knows that the key to jump starting your team offense or team defense is winning your 1v1 matchups. In this module, you’ll learn:

  • How to beat your defenseman when dodging from behind the cage
  • How to defend the offensive player when dodging below goal line extended
  • How to increase your lacrosse IQ by understanding both the defensive and offensive objectives with dodging behind the goal
